By using the App, you self-attest that you are physically fit to participate in the fitness programs and training sessions offered. You acknowledge that you have consulted with a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. The trainer and the App are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from your participation.
The trainer provides fitness guidance based on their professional expertise. Programs and advice are tailored to the information you provide. It is your responsibility to communicate any health concerns, limitations, or changes in your physical condition to your trainer promptly. The trainer reserves the right to modify or discontinue your program at any time.
Payment terms, including fees and billing cycles, are agreed upon between you and your trainer. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund policies are determined by your trainer.
All workout programs, training content, and materials provided through the App are the intellectual property of the trainer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
